SCHEDULE I

The aforementioned property shall be restricted to:
1. The following uses permitted under the "Small Lot Residential Zone: (RS-2):
a. One-Family Residential
b. Boarding:
i) shall be limited to a maximum of two boarders; and

ii) shall be completely enclosed within a building for residential use.

The following uses permitted under the "Townhouse Apartment Zone” (RM-3):
a. Child Care:

i) shall be permitted up to a maximum of five children;

li) the area used for such uses shall be on a ground floor location or have direct
access or egress to tne exterior of the building;

iii) shall be permitted in apartment facilities designated or adapted for such uses
and intended to serve residents of the subject building or persons residing in the
immediate adjacent RM Zones or apartment facilities.
