A Bylaw to provide for the exemption from taxation of certain real property

BYLAW NO. 2204

set apart and in use for the public worship of God.
WHEREAS the title to Lot 1, District Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster

District, Plan 71847, is registered in the name of Victory Baptist Church;

AND WHEREAS it is desired to set out herein the extent of the exemption from

taxation granted with respect to the property aforesaid;

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Councl! of The Corporation of the City of Port

Coquittam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. That parcel of real property, together with the improvements situated
thereon, Known as Lot 1, District Lot 465, Group One, New Westminster District, Pian
71847, is hereby declared to be exempt from taxation to the extent provided in Section

399(6) of the Municipal Act.
