SCHEDULE 1

SCOPE OF WORK

1. The Architect shall prepare the following documents and carry
out the following work in respect of both Phase I and Phase II

of the attached "Renovation and Expansion Study”:

General document preparation.
Schematic Design Phase.

Design Development Phase.

2. The Architect shall prepare the following documents for

the Construction Document Phase of Phase I only of the attached

“Renovation and Expansion Study":

Working Drawings.
Specifications.
Site Development.

Landscaping.

3. The Architect shall complete all its obligation under this

agreement on or before March 30, 1987.
