SUBJECT: Property Sale - Langan Avenue

RECOMMENDATION

That the City Clerk be authorized to publish and post the "Real
Property for Sate by Tender" Notice referring to a proposed
property sale of 22 individual lots located west of Taylor
Street on Langan Avenue.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS

The Notice referred to in the above recommendation and a smal!
section of City map showing the exact location of the
properties follows.

As Council members will recaitl the intent of this property sale
is to receive proposais for innovative housing and the Council
will, in its consideration of the tenders received, consider
not only the price offered but the design of the buildings
proposed to be constructed and other pertinent factors.
