meet with the SPCA to review the 1974 Budget: ‘Submission before Approval by Council.

Alderman Mabbett stated -that the location of a pedestrian traffic light set
forth in item 2 of a resolution previously passed by Council should have been
at McLean Avenue and Pitt River Road, rather than at Tyner Street and Pitt River
Road, and the Council generally agreed with his suggestion that this change be

added:to the recommendation set. forth in. the October Ist, 1973 report of the

Public Norks Committee.
