C. doing business as GOLLYWOG TEEN DISCO/DANCE STUDIO (hereinafter called "Gollywog") , OF THE SECOND PART. WHEREAS : A. Gollywog operates a teen disco and dance studio (hereinafter called the "Disco") in leased premises at 2614 Shaughnessy Street, Port Coquitlam, British Columbia and is obliged under the by-laws of the City to provide 43 parking stalls for use by patrons of the Disco: B. Gollywog has leased from Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce under a lease dated the lands adjoining the Disco more particularly described as follows: Lot C, Block 1, District Lot 379, Plan 16549 (hereinafter. called the "Leased Lands") and has created thereon 19 of the required 43 parking stalls and the Leased Lands have been landscaped in accordance with a plan prepared by the Engineering Department of the Clty; c. The parties hereto have agrced upon the provisions of the remaining required parking stalls as hereinafter set out;
