I, R.A. Freeman, Clerk of the Municipality of The Corporation of

the City of Port Coquitlam, do hereby certify:-

That the annexed petition of Verner Alexander Logan, Marie Francoise
Therese Logan, Douglas Hewitt Swinton, Olina Thordis Wilma Swinton, and
others, petitioning against the construction, as a work of Ixcal improvement,
pavement - 28' width, storm sewer, and extruded concrete curb; all of a
"Local Street" construction standard on a normal construction schedule;
on Grant Avenue from the east boundary of Wellington Street to the west
boundary o£ Coast Meridian Road, in the City of Port Coquitlam, lodged
with me on the Eleventh day of September, 1978, is sufficient.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Act the above noted
work may not now be undertaken as a work of Local Improvement. ,
