DRAFT RESOLUTION

WHEREAS the ltands hereinafter deseribed are not required for
municipal purposes nor are they reserved or dedicated;

NOW THEREFORE be it resolved that:

1, Parcel "A (Bylaw Pian 70058), District Lot 466, Group
One, Pian 2294, New Westminster District be sold to Rafiki
Estates Ltd., 9831! Rathburn Orive, Burnaby, 8.C., at or
tor the price or sum of $29,000.00; ,

The adjustment date be February 5th, 1986.
The possession date be February 5th, 1986.

The Mayor and Cierk ares authorized to execute The
documents necessary for the purpose aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.
