From the City Clerk, June 28th, 1988 regarding Development Variance
Permit No. 43/86 ~ 2225 Coquitlam Avenue.

No one was present to speak regarding the Development Variance Permit.

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his
memo andum of June 23rd, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved relaxing the requirements of Bylaw No. 2240, Section 905, CS~1
Section (5), Rear Yard Requirements, from 1.5 metres to 0, for Lots 23 and 24,
Block 5, D.L. 464, NYLD 1897,

From the City Engineer, July 6, 1988 regarding Request to hold
Neighborhood Party 1200 Block Yarmouth Street,

That the request to hoid a neighborhood party in the 1200 block
Yarmouth Street be approved and that the City Engineer be authorized to supply
the necessary barricades and flashers to the organizers.

From the City Engineer, July 7th, 1988 regarding Drainage Problem at
3933 Coast Meridian Road.

That the City Engineer be authorized to spend approximately $2,500
from the 1988 Unallocated Public Works Capital Budget for the purpose of
solving a drainage problem at 3933 Coast Meridian Road.

"On~Location” Filming ~ Paramount Pictures.
