BY-LAWS: Wject at the 3300 and 3400 blocks Hastings Street, and advising that in connection 1324 & 1325 WHEREAS by By-law No. 1323 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the "Second McKenzie Avenue Road Closure By-law, 1974, No. 1323", a cer- tain portion of Road dedicated by Plan 1932 therein described located in the City of Port Coquitlam in the Province of British Columbia was stopped up and closed to traffic; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam be authorized to petition the Lieutenant-Governor in Council of the Province of British Columbia praying on behalf of the City for ab- andonment of the said portion of Road dedicated by Plan 1932 described in By-law No. 1323 and the vesting of the title to the land comprising the same in The From the City Clerk, July 3rd, 1974, regarding the proposed condominium pre- City Clerk re B/laws is (llast.St. therewith the following By-laws are available for initial consideration: condominiun project) 1.
