SETBACKS FROM WATER COURSES

Attached is a’ copy of the letter of the Department of Municipal Affairs
-and the Memorandum of Water Resources Service in connection with minimum |
“setbacks from water courses as required by Water Resources Service.

This wae considered by the Planning & Zoning Committee on February 20,
1975 and the Committee is in favour of having these requirements incorporated
in to the Zoning Bylaw.
