» plan. This subdivision does not comply with Section 712 (1) of the Municipal Act

“En that the frontage of the proposed Lot 194 is less than 10% of the perimeter of
‘the lot. The applicant has requested that the Municipal Council provide exemption

from the requirements of Section 712 (1) as provided for in Section 712 (2).

I am not prepared to recommend to the Council that the exemption be

- provided. The Developer has been requested through his Land Surveyor to extend

| the red line of the subdivision around all of Lot 6. This request has been made
“tol avoid crerting a remainder of a lot that can not be further subdivided. “The

“undersigned as Approving Officer has made this request in the past and has received
complete co-operation from all Land Surveyors and Developers up to this point in
time. I feel strongly that this request is reasonable and that it should apply to

all, Developers equally, .
