The Developer has been requested through his Land Surveyor to extend | the red line of the subdivision around all of Lot 6. This request has been made “tol avoid crerting a remainder of a lot that can not be further subdivided. “The “undersigned as Approving Officer has made this request in the past and has received complete co-operation from all Land Surveyors and Developers up to this point in time.
