BYLAW NO. 1926

A bylaw to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates Bylaw, 1964".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam in open

meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That. Bylaw No. 752 of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam cited as the
"City of Port Coquitlam Sewer Rates Bylaw, 1964" as amended by Bylaw Numbers 877,

1063, 1160, 1167, 1301, 1360, 1483, 1634, 1709, and 1785, is further amended by

deleting Schedule "A" as attached to and forming part of Bylaw No. 752 and

substituting therefor Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

This Bylaw shall take effect, come into force, and be binding on all persons on

and from the First day of January, 1983.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coquitlam Sewer
Rates Bylaw, 1964, Amendment Bylaw, 1982, No. 1926".
