LOADING ZONE AT 2380 SHAUGHNESSY ST.

Install a loading zone on Shaughnessy St. in front of the property at 2380 Shaughnessy and
designate the zone with two standard "Loading Zone" signs with a "15 minute" time tab

underneath (See photo) at a cost of $200.

Attached is a letter from Janine Messier, Strata Manager of the property at 2380 Shaughnessy
requesting that a loading zone be designated in front of the building at this location. The reason
for this request is because a loading zone would acccommodate the elderly, handicapped,

emergency vehicles and delivery people.

According to Ms. Messier and the building plans, the best location for this zone is at the front
entrance to the building which faces Shaughnessy St.

The total cost for the installation of two signs is approx. $200. The signs are to be installed
approx. 6 m apart equidistant from the front entrance.
