A By-lav to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918".
The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in
open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1. Subsection (1) of Section 202 of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law
1969, No. 918" is amended by inserting the following Zone designation and short forn
equivalent in the Schedule shown therein immediately following the Zone designation
and short form equivalent "RM-2 Medium Density Apartment Residential":

"RM-3 Intermediate-Density Apartment Residential
RH-4 . Maximum-Density Apartment Residential".

2. Section 501 of the By-law is amended by adding to the table of Permitted
Uses of Land, Buildings,: and Structures in the Residential Zone as shown therein
the Zones "RM-3" and "RM-4"' in order that the uses listed hereunder may be permitted
in those two Zones:

Apartment Residential Family Day Care

Boarding Out of School Day Care

Accessory Advertising Child Minding

Accessory Residential Group Day Care

Accessory Off-Street Parking . Pre School .
3. Clause (c) of Subsection (5) of Section 502 is amended by striking out the
phrase "in the RM-1 and RM-2 ZONES" where the same appears at the commencement of
the said clause and inserting the following in its place:

“In the RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, and RM-4 ZONES"
4, Clause (c) of Subsection (6) of Section 502 is amended by striking out the
phrase "in the RM-1 and RM-2 ZONES" where the same appears at the commencement of
the said clause and iuserting che following in its place:

. "In the RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, and RM-4 ZONES"

5. Clause (d) of Subsection (6) of Section 502 is amended by striking out the
phrase "in the RM-1 and RM-2 ZONES" where the same appears at the commencement of
the said clause and inserting the following in its place:

"In the RM~1, RM-2, RM-3, and RM-4 ZONES"
6. Clause (b) of Subsection (8) of Section 502 is amended by striking out ‘the
phrase "in the RM-1 and RM-2 ZONES" where the same appears at the commencement of
the said clause and inserting the following in its place:

“In the RM-1, RM-2, RM-3, and RM-4 ZONES"
