Provincial levels of gavernment, knowledge of the community
and the socio-economic issues in the area, minimum Mo years
experience or equivalent education in youth activities, excellent
oral and written communication skills, proven ability to wrile
successful funding proposals, and be able to demonstrate effi-
ciency, initiative, and a sensitivity to the needs and goals of
5S.
