BYLAW NO. 2293

A Bylaw to amend the "Port Coquitlam
Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240".

The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitiam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential!) to RM-3 (Town House
Apartment) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No.
2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. .

That certain parcel of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which is
more particularly described as:

Lot 3

District Lot 232.

Group One

Plan 68514

New Westminster District

is hereby rezoned from RS-3 (Estate Residential) to RM-3 (Town House Apartment)
and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby
amended to reflect this rezoning. oo
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw,

1987, No. 2240 Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No 2295",
Read a tirst time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of July, 1987.

Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 20th day of July, 1987.

Public Hearing held this 10th day of August, 1987.
