BYLAW NO. 2546 eoPaery Neg? | A Bylaw to amend the “Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" OCT ? 2 1900 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: 1. Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: a. Lot 176 and Lot 177, Plan 24865, and; b. those portions of Lot 4 and Lot 5, Plan 1330, identified "Lo Be Zoned RS~2" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A"; totalling 6.88ha (17 acres) all in District Lot 342, Group One, New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from A~l (Agricultural) to RS-2 (Small Lot Residential) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. . Those certain parcels of land situated in Port Coquitlam, British Columbia which are more particularly described as: those portions of Lot 4 and Lot 5, Plan 1330, identified "To Be Zoned RM~3" on the plan attached to this Bylaw as "Schedule A"; totalling 1.4ha (3.46 acres) all in District Lot 342, Group One, New Westminster District; are hereby rezoned from A-1 (Agricultural) to RM-3 (Townhouse Apartment ) and the Zoning Map of the "Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1987, No. 2240" is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 3.
