9. Section 3 of Schedule "B” of the Bylaw is amended by numbering the present
slause as clause (a), and inserting therein the following as clause (b);

"(b) "No Right Turn on Red Light” sign at the intersection of Pitt River
Road and Shaughnessy Street so as to prohibit vehicles travelling
west on Pitt River Road turning north onto Shaughnessy Street while
the red light is displayed.”

10. Section 5 of Schedule "D" of the Bylaw is amended by iluserting therein, in
correct alphabetical order, playground zones with a 30 km/h speed limit;

On Chelsea Avenue from Pimlico Place to Lincoln Drive.
On Lincoln Drive from Windsor Avenue to Chelsea Avenue.
