Council to give thought to the forejoing and endorse the proposals

in principal. I would also ask that if time still allows that the

U. B. CG. M. be presented with our thoughts on this matter.

If a simple change in spray systems and auto markings
can save one lize or one crippled person, we have inéeed accomplished

something worthwhile.
