day of October, 1987 under number AA206724.

CG. The parties hereto have agreed to a modification of the

Covenant on the terms and conditions contained herein.

NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT | WITNESSETH that In
consideration of the sum of TEN ($10.00) DOLLARS and other good
