SUBJECT: Request for Sidewalk on Kitchener

A request was made to Councillor Gates from the multi-family site located at the Woodland /

Kitchener intersection to extend the sidewalk along Kitchener, as shown on the attached
sketch. ie
The GVRD has the existing portion of this sidewalk removed while their watermain ah
construction is taking place. Upon replacement of this sidewalk, they could be requested to

construct an additional 20 metres of sidewalk,

An estimate could be obtained from the GVRD to have them do this work, but a ballpark
figure would be about $1500.
