BY-LAW NO, 1272

A By-law to amend rhe "City of Pert Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969,
No. 918".
The ifunitecipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assenbled, enacts as follows:
i. Subsection (]) of Section 202A of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning
By-law, 1969, No, 918" as enacted by the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law,
1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1970, No. 1012" is amended by inserting the
following therein as Section (n):
"(n) Lot 12, District Lot 380, Group 1, Plan 1392, Except All That
Portion Lying North of Highway Shown on Plan 10030, New Westminster
District."
2. This By-law may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port
Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1973 No. 1272".

Read a third time by the Municipal Council this First day of October,

‘Public Hearing not required to be held pursuant to Section 702A (2)
of the "Municipal Act".
Received approval of the Minister of Highways this

Reconsidered, finally passed and adopted by a vote in favour thereof of
at least two-thirds of all the members of the Municipal Council of The Corporation

of the City of Port Coquitlam this
