A regular meeting of the Municipal Counci| of The Corporation of the
City of Port Coquitlam was held in the Counci! Chamber, Port Coquitlam
City Hall on Monday, April 7th, 1986 at 7:30 p.m.

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay, Aldermen M.C. Farnworth, M.D.
Gates, G.R. Laking and W.W. Stewart In attendance.

Also in attendance were City Administrator B.R. Kirk, City Clerk R.A.

Freeman, City Engineer F.E. Peters, P. Eng., Director of Community
Planning W.A. Brown and Parks & Recreation Director Kod. Taylor.

That the minutes of the Public Hearing held on March 24th, 1986 and
the minutes of the Regular Council Meeting held on March 24th, 1986, be

taken as read and adopted.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION:

His Worship Mayor L.M. Traboulay introduced the 5th Hyde Creek Guide
Company and then presented Canadian Citizen Badges to Tara Dennis, Star
Podwinski, Dana Crowley, Danielle Edwards and Petra Rutten.

Meadows/PoCo Peace Group who then made a presentation regarding the "Walk
for Peace" on April 27th, 1986.
