BYLAW NO. 2229

A Bylaw to amend the "City of Port Caquitiam
. Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651".

: The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open
meeting assembled, enacts as follows: :

1. The Zone Designation of A~i (Agricultural) assigned to Lot "BY" of Black 10 of the | Me
Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Pian 5345, EXCEPT the East 297 feet, i
New Westminster District, is removed and the following Zone Designation are :

applied:

(a) RT=-1 (Two Family Residential) to the Lot 36 shown on a proposed subdivision
plan of the property herein before dascribed prepared by RJB Engineering
Ltd., dared October 15, 1986, and bearing Drawing No. 86-200=P1; and,

(b) RS-IA (Single Family Residential) to the remainder of the property.

2. The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" Is
hereby amended to reflect this rezoning.

3. A copy of the proposed plan of subdivision referred to In ‘Section 1 ts attached
to this Bylaw and made a part thereof.

4, This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the "City of Port Coguitiam Zoning ‘
Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651, Amendment Bylaw, 1987, No. 2229",

Purpose of the Bylaw:
To permit the subdivision of the property into 42 residential lots; 41 of which wil!

be rezoned RS-1A and 1 of which will be rezoned RT-1 thus creating 41 singie family
residential lots and 1 two family residential lot.
