Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651". : The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitiam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: : 1. The Zone Designation of A~i (Agricultural) assigned to Lot "BY" of Black 10 of the | Me Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 40, Pian 5345, EXCEPT the East 297 feet, i New Westminster District, is removed and the following Zone Designation are : applied: (a) RT=-1 (Two Family Residential) to the Lot 36 shown on a proposed subdivision plan of the property herein before dascribed prepared by RJB Engineering Ltd., dared October 15, 1986, and bearing Drawing No. 86-200=P1; and, (b) RS-IA (Single Family Residential) to the remainder of the property. 2. The Zoning Map of the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning Bylaw, 1979, No. 1651" Is hereby amended to reflect this rezoning. 3.
