(5) Location and Siting of Loading Facilities:
Off-street leading spaces and facilities shall be located on
the same lot as tha use served, but not within the required
froat or side yard nor closer than 25 feet to the nearest
point of intersection of any two street allowances.
Development and Maintenance Standards:
fa) The location of all points ef ingrese and egress to a
loading area shall 5a subject to the approval of the City
Engineer,
All off-street loading and unloading spaces shail be of
adequate size, and with adequate access thereto, to
accommodite the types of vehicles which will be loading
and unloading, but in no case shall be insufficient to
accommodate a vehicle 39 feet in length, @ feet in width
ani 12 feet in height,
All leading areas shall be provided wich adequate curbs in
order to retain all vehicles within auch permitted loading
areas, and to easure that require! fences, walle, hedges
or lendscaped areas, a9 well as any buildings, will be
protected from parkea vehicles.
Each locding space shall be surfaced with an asphalt,
concrete, or similar pavement so aa to provide a durable,
dust-free surface, and shall be so graded and drained es
to properly dispose of all surface water.

so arxanged that all dixect rays of light are refiected
