Relegation - Brown Street Traffic Problems

Mr. Mulder of 1931 Brown Street spoke on behalf of the residents, describing a bleak
scenario of drunken, high speed cars, patrons of the Cat & Fiddle Pub urinating on their
shubbery, cars parking blocking their driveways, and residents never have parking places
for guests. The residents are applying to Committee to have "Residents Parking Only"
signs erected, and would also like a barricade to separate residential from cornmercial. All
five houses on Brown Street were represented, and in favour of these requests.

Council directed staff to investigate these problems and report their findings to Committee.
