Road, be Purchased of and from The registered owner Thereof aft
or for the price or sum of $78,000.00;

AND THAT the adjustment date and possession date be November
20TH, 1987, or egriier;

AND THAT closing costs and various adjustments be made in the
normal manner as between vendor and Purchaser;

AND FURTHER THAT His Worship the Mayor together with the city
Clerk and/or the City Treasurer be authorized to execute such
Deeds, Documents, Cheques, or other instruments as are

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS:

Passage of the Fesolution stated above wil! complete the
negotiations that our City Administrator has, on instructions
of Council, had with Mr. Claire Doerkson. The location of the
