RECOMMENDATION:

Application to subdivide by strata title plan a proposed duplex
conversion from an existing single family dwelling at 3162 Jervis
Street. (see attached street sketch for location).

Applicaticn was received some time ago by the Chief Building
Inspector to convert an existing Single family dwelling to a

side by side duplex. If approved, the applicant would further
wish to subdivide the duplex by strata title plan. It is reported
by. the Chief Building Inspector that the proposed conversion is
acceptable.

This strata title application was considered by the Planning and
Zoning Committee in its May 15, 1974 meeting and the Committee
recommends that it be approved subject to compliance with the
City's strata title subdivision procedure.
