Schedule of Permitted Land Uses

Land and structures shall be used for those general industrial
uses permitted within an M-2 Ganeral Industrial Zone, pursuant
to the “City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918"
as amended, and notwithstanding any provision of thia Land Use
Contract or of the "Municipal Act" to the contrary, the lands
herein shall at all tines remain. subject to the provisions of
the "Zoning By-law" of the City of Port Coquitlam currently in
effect.

Siting:

Buildings, atructures and improvements shall bo sited upon

the land in accordance with the requirements applicable to

the M-2 General Industrial zone of the “city of Port Coquitlam
Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918" as amended, and any section of
the goid "Zoning By-law" relevant to the said M-2 Zone shall
apply to this Contract, all of which shall be subject to the
satisfaction and approval of the Building Inspector.
