A Bylaw to amend the Official Community Pia
The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam.

WHEREAS an Official Community Plan was adopted by the "Official Community Plan
Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162";

,AND WHEREAS an amendment to the Officia! Community Plan has been prepared and
after First Reading of this By!aw the Council has:

(a) examined the amendment to the olan in conjunction with the most recent
capital expenditure program under Section 266 of the Municipa! Act to
ensure consistency befween them;

(b) examined the amendment to the plan in conjunction with the Economic
Strategy Plan entitled "Port Coquitlam Industria! Development
Development Strategy" to ensure consistericy between them;

(c¢) determined that no applicable waste management plan exists for
consideration;

(d) determined that the amendment to the plan does not affect the’District
of Coquitiam, The Corporation of the District of Pitt Meadows ,’or
the Greater Vancouver Regional! District.

NOW THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port
Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as foltows:

Section 4.4.1 (1)(f) of Schedule "A" of the "Officia! Community Plan Bylaw, 1986,
No. 2162" is repealed and the following substituted:

"(f) West of Coquitlam River along Lougheed Highway"

The designatiion of "Existing Residential" shown on Schedule "B" of the Official
Community Plan Bylaw, 1986, No. 2162" as aoplying to:

Those portions of Lot 190, Plan 56773; Lots 10,1t,and 12, Plan 2306; and
those portions of lanes and road (dedicated on Plan 2306) to be closed: all
of Block 13, District Lot 380, Group One, New Westminster District, shown

- within the heavy outline on a sketch prepared by Helge Jacobsen and

Associates, British Co!tumbia Land Surveyor, under their file number
$~87-5905-3.

is removed and the designation "Apartment 1" js apolied.

This Bylaw may be cited for all Purposes as the "Officia! Community Plan
Amendment Bylaw No. 8, 1987, No. 2314",

Read a first time by the Municipal! Council and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of all members of the Council tnis 19th day of October, 1987,

Read a second time by the Municipal Counci! and given an affirmative vote by the
majority of all members of the Council this 19th day of October, 1987,

Determined that the amendment to the pian does not affect the District of
Coquitlam, The Corporation of the District of °itt Meadows, or the Greater
Vancouver Regional District this 19th day of October, 1987,

Public Hearing held this 9th day of November, 1987,
