THEREFORE the Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of
Port Coquitlam, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows: “
1. The City of Port Coquitlam is hereby authorized to convey to
- Ricard Developments Ltd., 3046 Lougheed Highway, Porr Coquitlam, in the

Province of British Columbia,

plan prepared by Walter E, Frith, B.C.L.S., and dated March 18th, 1976, a
copy of which is attached hereto

at or for the price or Sum of Six Thousand and One ($6,001.
