We advise that Canada's First "PARTICIPARK" will be

officially opened in Port Coquitlam on April 1, 1977.

Construction of the "PARTICIPARK" was important but
now it is our responsibility to make Port Coquitlam citizens aware
of the facilities, and to promote physical fitness in our City.

We, therefore, respectfully seek City Council's ap-

proval of the attached proclamation.
