AS we have for the past several years, Seouting and Guiding Bn
Port Coquitlam would like to hold a Torch- light Parade on the evening
of Sunday, February 17,1991, as a start to our Scout/Guide Week
activities

As in the past, the route we would like to use is from Reeves
Park going East along Kelly Avenue to Shaughnessy Street chen North on
Shaughnessy Street and into Lions Park.

Our program activities would start at Reeves Park at 6:30pm, with
the Parade teaving at 7:00pm and taking approximatly 45 minutes to
reach Lions Park, where the children will be served hot chocolate and
cookies and then disperse.

We understand that our request may have to go berore City Counc
for approval. If so would you please advise me. by phone at 941-3806
as to when it will be on the agenda so that, if any questions arise.
