in size from RS-2 to RS-1 for subdivision,

DESCRIPTION t

BACKGROUND : Council will recall that approval was given Last year to
the consolidation of 3 deep lots on Prairie Road cast of
Cedar Drive and subsequent rezoning and subdivision of a
portion to create 4 RS-1l building Lots fronting on Prairie
Road with the ‘balance of the Property to remain RS=2 (sce
attached sketch). The request now before Council to rezone
thls remaining portion to RS~1 for subdivision. 9-lots are
to be created as show on the attached sketch.

* RECOMMENDATION ‘This rezoning application was considered by the Planning and
. Zoning Committee at its April 7/76 meeting and the Committee

recommends approval of the rezoning. ; .
