SUBJECT: 1984 Supplementary Assessment Roll
No's 4 and 5.

RECOMMENDATION:

That City Council authorize adjustments to the 1984 tax levies for the
properties as reported hereunder.

BACKGROUND :

Further Supplementary Assessment Rolls No. 4 and 5 revising 1984 assess—
ments as shown hereunder have been received from the B.C. Assessment
Authority, subsequent to issuing the 1984 tax notices. The revisions are
necessary to correct errors or omissions in the roll and result in a net
decrease of $215.26 and $24.57 respectively for Rolls 4 and 5. Applicable
refunds and revised tax notices have been forwarded to the property owners.
