Most other comments received have no influence on the Official Community
Plan but can be implemented either in the Area Control Plan or at the Rezoning
stage.

It is therefore recommended that Council instruct staff to proceed with

the preparation of the appropriate Bylaw to impiement the Official Community
Plan Amendment.
