Child cara is an isgu@ which igs of increaging concern to
local governments. Many G.V.R.D. municipalities are developing
plans to study the issue and develop strategies to make
affordable, accessible and high quality childcare available to
the people who live and work their communities. The Child care
Issues Committee looks forward to working with local councils and
other community members as we address the issue of child cara in
