From the Leisure Activities Committee, April 15th, 1977, referring re playground huts to City-owned playground huts used by various groups for concession purposes, and recommending that, as it is rather expensive to continue the previous practice of moving any amount of huts to a function, when a community organization wishes the City to move a playground hut for a specific function, the limit be only one. Members of Council generally agreed to words "if absolutely necessary" being inserted between the words "hut" and "for" in the recommendation of the Committee, as sugges-— ted by Alderman Ranger, and to the words "with the cost of moving any additional huts that may be required being paid by the community organiz~- ation concerned." added to the end thereof as suggested by Alderman Thompson.
