SUBJECT: Development Variance Permit No. 69/88
for 1116 Lynwood Avenue.

RESOLUTION:

That as recommended by the Director of Community Planning in his

memorandum ef November lst, 1988 a Voluntary Development Variance Permit be
approved for Lot 10 of Section 7 Twp. 40, NWLD Plan 77115 relaxing the
requirements of the Zoning Bylaw No. 2240, Section 801, RS-1, Subsection (7)
Rear Yards from 7.5 metres to 5.4 metres te permit the construction of a deck
of the rear of the house.

BACKGROUND AND COMMENTS ;

Pursuant to instructions issued by the Council at its meeting of
November 7th, 1988 the owners and residents of property surrounding the
subject property have been advised that Council are considering issuance of
this Voluntary Development Variance Permit at its meeting of December 12th,
1988. Accordingly, at this time written or verbal submissions should be
considered by the Council and a decision reached as to wheather or not the

Development Variance Permit should be issued.
