THE CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF PORT COQUITLAM NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Y 0 [J ] ZONING BY-LAW UG; f 4 C OCT 2 & 1974 The Municipal Council of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, Port Coquitlam City Hall, 2272 McAllister Avenue, Port Coquitlam, B.C. on Monday, November 18th, 1974 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the following proposed by-laws to amend the "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1969, No. 918": 1. By-law No. 1334: to provide: (a) a definition of "Usable Open Space" and a requirement therefor in certain Zones. . (b) a requirement for landscaping and screening in certain Zones. (ce) altered yard requirementa dn-certain Zones. All property in the City will be affected. by one or more of the provisions contained din By-law No. 1334. uo 2. By-law No. 1335: (a) to repeal the present Zone Designation of M-1 (Service Industrial) and M-2 (General Industrial) and the regulations therefor and create new Industrial Zone designations of M~1 (General Industrial), M-2 (Heavy Industrial), and M~3 (Special Industrial) and enact regulations therefor covering permitted uses, conditions of use, yard requirements, off-street | parking.-and loading, and certain other Matters that may be lawfully “\gegulated in a Zoning By-law. : to rezone the property described hereunder from M-1 (Service Industrial) to the Zones hereinafter set forth: . (4) Lot 63, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 27948, New Westminster Dfetrict to M-3 (Special Industrial). (ii) Parcel "T" (Plan with Charge Deposited 5541C) District Lot 379, Group 1, New Westminster District to M-3 (Special Industrial). (444) That part of Lot 6, District Lot 379, Group 1, Plan 3158, New West- minster District now zoned M-1 (General Industrial) to M-3 (Special Industrial); except for: &@:9mall portion of the said property lying wadjacent to the Coquitlam River which. is to be rezoned to A~1 (Agricultural). ; .
