Local 498 and the City of Port Coquitlam to reduce the crew size from three nen to two men and an incentive of allowing the men to leave work when the job is finished for the day be extended through 1980; AND THAT the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign the required Agreement on behalf of the City and affix the City Seal thereto. Carried. Prior to passage of the foregoing resolution Alderman Traboulay asked whether the new fire truck could be housed tn the Ne. 2 Fire Hall. Alderman Ranger stated that the new fire truck was designed for use in the industrial area ana the downtown area. Alderman Gates asked for clarification of the cost of altering the No. 2 Fire Hall to accommodate the new aerial fire truck and Alderman Wright advised the cost would probably be close to the cost of the No. 1 Fire Hall alterations.
