Frith, B.C.L.S. of V.C. Goudal and Associates, under File No. C3806-86. from RS-1 (Large Lot Residential) to P-2 (Private institutional). The property is located at 2606 Kingsway Avenue and would place the property in the correct zone for its current use as a Church and to permit a rebuilding of the sanctuary. Mr. Re. Reid, 1551 Lincoln Avenue who owns the property across the road feels the property should be zoned in keeping with the long range Community Plan and feels that a Commercial development would enhance the Ms. M. Reid, 1551 Lincoln Avenue suggested that perhaps the property fronting on Kingsway could be left commercial.
