Fixed Rate for Premises Used Solely for Residential Purposes:

rate shall not apply to premises that have an unfiltered swimming pool located thereon
(a) For a single family dwelling ...cce ccc ccc seee cece ec ee $5025 per month

(b) For each self-contained housing unit located in a duplex,
triplex, apartment, condominium or any other form of -

A ten per centum (10%) penalty shall be applied to that portion of the total annual
fixed water rate which remains unpaid at the close of business on the last Friday
of March in each year.. :

B. Meter Rates:

Rates for water shall be for the quantity used in any two (2) months period as
indicated by meter, which shall be installed on the water service for the purpose
of registering the quantity of water used. All rates for water shall become due
and payable the first day of January, the first day of March, the first day of

May, the first day of July, the first day of September, and che first day of
November each and every year, and a penalty of ten per centum (10%) shall be

added to any meter rates remaining unpaid-two (2) months after due date hereinbefore
set forth. Rates shall be as follows:

0 - 1,000 cubic feet ........--. $10.80 minimum charge
For the next 1,000 - 2,000 cubic feet ........06. -50 per hundred cu.ft.
For the next 1,000 - 10,000 cubic feet .......2.. -40 per hundred cu.ft.
Over ~ 10,000 cubic feet ..ssseveee -25 per hundred cu.ft.

Cc. Other Rates:

For premises used solely for residential purposes and which have an unfiltered
swimming pool situated thereon:

The rates provided in Section B of this Schedule.

D. Meter Rents:

Where meters are the property of the City monthly rentals for meters at the amount
shown hereunder shall be chargeable, and accounts for same shall be rendered on a two
(2) months basis and shall be payable at the same time in which the said rates for
water become due and payable, and shall be Liable for a ten per centum (10%) penalty

on any amounts remaining unpaid two (2) months after each due date in Like manner as the
metered water rates:
