notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the maximum antount
payable by the City towards the cost of the Water Main shall be
the amount of the accepted tender for the water main pilus design,
layout and reasonable contract administration costs for the Water
Malin paid by “the Developer to an Eng Ineer Ing Consulting firm,
provided that no Interest on these amounts shal! be payable by

the City;

upon certification by a Professional} Engineer of progress.

City will pay 100% of the amount of such payments in trust to the

Developer's solicltor for inmed tate payment to the Contractor ;
