Those portions of Road shown dedicated on Plan 2469, New Westminster District,
described in Section 1 hereof, are hereby closed and stopped up to traffic ‘of all
kinds.

The said lands to be so purchased as aforesaid shal | » when so conveyed to the said
City, be established as an addition to the roads in District Lot 232, Group i, New
Westminster District.

The Mayor and City Clerk of The Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam are hereby
authorized to execute such conveyances, deeds, maps, receipts and other documents on
behalf of the said City as may be necessary for the purposes aforesaid and to affix
the Corporate Seal of the City thereto.

This Bylaw may be cited for al! purposes as the "Nova Scotia Avenue (North Side) Road
Exchange Bylaw, 1987, No. 2238",
