included in the Consultant's fees for the water pump station.

3, The fees quoted are 1989 rates. Should delays on the part of the City
cause the design work to be carried forward into 1990 there will be an
increase in the fees to reflect the new rates.

The proposed funding of the Consultant's fees are outlined as foliows:

Sanitary Pump Station ($ 7,330)

- The $10,000 for consultant's fees already approved in the 1989 Sewer
Utility Budget.

water Pump Station ($11,520)

- The $10,000 for consultant's fees already approved in the 1989 Water
Utility Budget.

~ Approximately $1,600 from the Water Capital Reserve. The City
Treasurer has confirmed that funds are available in the Water Capital
Reserve to cover this amount.
