1) That No Parking at Any Time restrictions be placed on both Sides of the
lane west of Shaughnessy between Lions Way and the CPR tracks.

2) That the City Clerk be directed to prepare an amendment to the Traffic
Bylaw to reflect these restrictions

That kK. Remple and B, Sanders be granted permission to carry out bank
protection, removal of dead trees, construction of a footbridge footing
within the area of their Property covered by a restrictive covenant which
currently prohibits such works, subject to complying with the requirements
established by the Water Management and Fisheries branches of the Ministry of
Environment.
