Building Inspector that the. building is of very little, if any, value. In his
eport, ‘the City, Administrator further. advised there are still. quite a number of

old frtdges and other metal articles left around the premises and that arrange-

ments will. be made to have the site cleaned up as soon as possible.

That atrangenents be made to have the building on the Lewis property located
on Kingsway Avenue bulldozed away from the street and burned on the site under
the supervision of the Fire Department, and that the property be cleaned up as
soon as possible. | Carried.
Alderman Mabbett suggested tenders be called for construction of a chain Link

| fence at the Spproach to the Coquitlan River traffic bridge following « demolition of

the Lewis building on Kingsway due to the dangerous dropoft at that locatior.

Coq.Council
on February ath, 1973 in the Port Cequitiam City Halli Council Chambers and that a. meeting .
letter has gone forward to His Worship Mayor T.W. Hall and members of the Port
Hoody Council inviting their attendance and participation at that time as well.

His Worship the Mayor advised that another meeting will now take precedence and

that. the. joint meeting will have to be postponed till a later date; however, he

stated he would speak further on the matter at the conclusion cf the meeting this

evening.
