Mayor and Aldermen R.A. Freeman City Clerk Re: Zoning Amendment By-law No. 1477 in Process The above noted Zoning Amendment By-law refers to the eight-unit Condominium Apartment proposed to be built at 2534 Gordon Avenue and before it can be further processed, it will have to be amended so that it is stated in terms of the City's New Zoning By-law. Accordingly, might we suggest that Council give consideration to the following resolution: "That third reading of By-law No. 1477 as given on the 15th day of November, 1976, be rescinded; THAT Section 1 of By~law No. 1477 be amended: i. By striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969, No. 918" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498"; , ii. By striking out the Zone Designation of "RS-1 (One Family Residential) and substituting therefor the Zone Designation of "RS-l (Single Family Residential)"; iii. By striking out the Zone Designation of "RM-3 (Intermediate Apartment Residential)" and substituting therefor the Zone Designation of "RM~-3 (Multiple Family Residential)"; THAT Section 2 of By-law No. 1477 be amended by striking out the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By~law, 1969,-No. 918, Amendment By-law, 1976, No. 1477" and substituting therefor the title "City of Port Coquitlam Zoning By-law, 1977, No. 1498, Amendment By-law, 1977, No. 1477"; AND THAT By-law No. 1477, as amended, be read a third time."
